First question - containers?
Wow, I get to post the first question - cool! :-)
I don't do once a week yet, though I am leaning in that direction. I cook up enough meat for one week and freeze it in ziplocs so it's quicker when I get home.
My question is: what containers do you use for freezing meals, and how do you afford them? I have next to no actual containers to freeze in (just good ol' ziploc), and it's almost as expensive to by the aluminum disposables as it is to buy tupperware.
I should say I don't have a microwave, so everything has to be oven/stovetop ready...
