jodonne - about welders...

joel_bcApril 16, 2005

Hi, jodonne

I read your entry in the MW equipment thread. You list several different types and sizes of arc welders. I noticed you did not list any oxy equipment. Do you not use oxy-acetylene for cutting of any sort, or for general heating of metal (say, for bending or re-shaping)?

Thanks for any discussion on this.

Oh yeah, we have a gas rig. Although we don't use it much for production it comes in pretty handy for the maintenance crew. As far as our bending goes I'm sure you saw all our press brakes. They pretty much take care of our bending needs.
