Sleeping Aid / non-addictive

celeste_menoMarch 29, 2007

Hi friends,

My doctor prescribed Rozerem for me to help me get some sleep. 1 pill (8mg) per night. Working really good. I have had two full nights rest in a row.

On those nights when I feel I need a sleeping aid, I take 1 Melatonin pill which is sold with the vitamins. It always works really well for me.
