marketing a mfg home
Our 1995 Silvercrest home sits on our own 8000 sq ft lot a block from park, beach and village on the north coast of Oregon. We are looking at nearby country acreage with an eye to placing a new mfg home and selling our present home. Thing is, we are surrounded by $600,000 plus stick built homes. How do I overcome the attitude of buyers to mfg homes ?
