LED Can lights

chaylabirdJune 27, 2010

My builder has been a bit reticent about these due in part to the cost but also the size of the cans. I thought I read somewhere that there is a smaller size version available - mabye a 4"? Does anyone have any knowledge of this? thanks so much for your help!

Thanks so much davidtay! Do you have any recs among the choices? I think the main difference between the CR & LR is that the CR is a bit brighter? I'm leaning toward the LR4 right now...

If you're closely watching costs - CR6
If you want something brighter there are higher output versions of the LR6.

You do know that the LR4 lights cost more right?
