Lighting for Island when skylight is over 1/3 of it

Help! We are in the middle of a kitchen reno. We have a 7 foot island & above 1/3 of it is a huge skylight. What type of lighting would you recommend? Does anyone have this situation & have pictures of what they did? During the day we have plenty of light,the evening is the problem. Thanking you in advanced for you assistance!

You can use track heads on single fixture bases up in the skylight to avoid the look of track or for more of a statement consider wall mono rail or cable. The link is for Tech lighting cable system.
