half bath lighting

cayann26January 6, 2010

We are building a house and for the half bath I ordered two sconces to go on either side of the mirror. Would this be enough lighting for the room or should I get a recessed light put in the ceiling? The room size is 4 feet by 8 feet.

unless you have other tasks that require more light in the bath, 2 wall sconces, mounted on either side of your mirror, at 5'6" to 5'8" off the floor will be more than enough
