Honeywell R8182A - summer/winter HU trouble

I have a Honeywell R8182A and Taco valve on my oil heater.

I was looking for the diff setting because I am not getting enough hot water. The Hi is set to 180 and the low is set to 160. I cannot find a Diff setting and there is an unmarked Red Switch control that protrudes from the cover. Help...?

You need a triple aquastat, such as the L7224A Honeywell, or the older L8124A model, now obsolete.
