Our local paper did an interview with Keller as he prepares FL for its first building expansion (he's about one-third through the permitting process):

Thomas Keller, one of my most admired chefs.

I like his comment about the Louvre. Very inmspiring:
Keller says that when he started to plan the renovation, he was inspired by the Louvre in Paris.

"When I.M. Pei added the pyramids on top, it re-energized the entire property," he says. "But it didn't change the actual museum."
