Strawberry Mint Ice Cream
Making more herbal ice cream -- added mint to strawberry ice cream. Very good!
And very easy --
28 oz. milk/cream (I used 8 ounces cream and 20 ounces of whole milk -- because that is what I had)
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 t. vanilla
1 T. chopped mint
1 cup chopped strawberries, roasted and cooled
Mix milk, sugar, vanilla and mint and pour into an ice cream freezer (making sure the milk is really cold) and process according to freezer directions. About 2 min before ice cream is done, add chopped strawberries and finish processing. Put into a freezer container and put in freezer to harden.
