Change over valve setting

langle1033August 17, 2009

In Honeywell Vision Pro 8000 (TH8320U1008) setting menu, I have to select either cool (=0) or heat (=1) for the change over valve.

I have a heat pump with electric backup (upstair) and a heat pump with gas back up (downstair).

Please tell me how to setting this parameter for each unit.

Thank you

It differs by manufacturor. Who makes your two units?

You should select 0. The reversing valve needs to be energized in cooling.
