2nd floor stacked w/d (gas)

m0m3b0ysMarch 19, 2012

I have moved to a place where I need to have a stacked washer/dryer.

Because of the size of the electrical box, I need to go with a gas dryer.

I have had a HET1 - liked it. I moved and I bought the next gen HET3. Liked it.

With this 2nd move, I thought I could get myself a Miele set. I can't, since the gas dryer does not stack.

Looks like my choices are:

1. Whirlpool Duet/Kenmore HET

2. Speed Queen

- Sounds like the noise and vibration on this would be too much for a 2nd floor install.

Any other suggestions?
