SKEINS vs yardage

dahlia6December 16, 2010

I have a 40's pattern for a waist length cardigan - Bear Brand or Fleishers yarn....calls for 5 skeins of worsted wool yarn. Can someone give me a ball park figure of how many yards of yarn I would need for this?

That could be anywhere from 125 to 270 yards. Check out the yarn search on Wish I could be more help.
