New condensation pump and vinyl tubing

Complete system start up and run test

price is good considering all the stuff your getting and the size of the equipment. I would pull the trigger. As long as your properly sized. I'm assuming your replacing like sized equipment.

We're replacing a 3.5 ton unit on a 2100 sq ft colonial. Two different estimators said yes it's the right sized units. I cant read the numbers on the honeywell stat.. but it does also have the options for humidity control, if we ever get that. It says heat pump size, 90,000, furnace size 42,000 (BTU's?)

a nice system.

you want to make certain you get a two stg thermostat with humidity control, dual fuel compatibility, and outdoor sensor.

I would ask dealer to provide the AHRI matching number. I believe this is the one but you should verify.

1292551 Active Systems XP14 SERIES LENNOX INDUSTRIES, INC. XP14-042-230* CX34-62C+TDR G61MPV-60C-090* 43000 12.50 15.00 42000 9.25 26400

Good Luck

is ductwork sufficient to handle larger unit?
any duct/return sealing?

in new construction 30% duct leakage is not uncommon.
existing ducts usually have same or higher leakage.
you'll really need that uv system if ducts are
pulling in dirty attic air.

best of luck

I agree with Energy... they need to bring in some mastic and brush on or some mastic tape and seal things up or you can do it yourself. I would seriously omit the UV bulb thing unless you have tremendously horrible allergies. The cost to replace the UV bulbs can get old quickly. The benefit to dust control and efficiency with sealing ductwork is huge.

Thanks all. Yes its a 2stg stat with humidity, duel fuel, outdoor sensor, etc.
As for the ductwork, they are going to seal everything in the basement for us.
