Get Fit Part 10 (??)
I think it's Part Ten. Anyway....
Where IS everybody?? I have big news!!
No idea what I'm weighing, and clothes aren't getting any looser nowadays with all the food and wine everywhere. BUT I am working out and not only that, but I have actually started RUNNING!!!
I can hardly believe it, I never thought I would do it. Mind you, at this point, I am only running about 4 miles an hour for half an hour, so it's rather slow. But it's GREAT!! And it's a good workout. I feel like I may really start losing lots of weight now if I can keep this up. I know a girl who was doing well enough, till she started running, then the weight just melted off. Anyway, I am excited about just being able to DO it!!! :)
So, still lifting with my little ten pound dumbells. It will keep me going till I can get back to the gym in October. It's not too bad.
Lori: How on earth do you put that much weight on your shoulders to do those squats????????? I'm SO impressed!!
