Shap Carousel Cookbook
Thank you bulldinkie, sjerin and debb ab for responding. The Sharp cookbook that had the "Four Fruit Pizza" recipe came with my Carousel in about 1984. It was a hard cover full color book.
The glaze for the "Fruit Pizza" is a combination of red currant jelly and corn starch. The base is a sugar cookie crust, the next layer is sweetened cream cheese topped with blueberries, strawberries, apricots, etc. then the glaze tops all of that.
