Sudden onset pain in wrist

lane76August 28, 2008

I woke up this morning with a sudden onset of pain in my wrist. it seems to refer up into my hand. I am not sure if this sounds like a pinched nerve or what. It has been going on for 3 hours now. Any suggestions?

call your doctor's office and get an appt to see your personal doctor.

Nerve pain is burning, stinging and tingling, and numbnes with the pain.

Either way you should be calling your doctor's office and be seen by him/her.

Pain is an indication that something is amiss with a part of the body and if it is sudden onset of pain for no apparent reason, it needs a doctor's opinion on what is wrong and what is going on
