Sex in a pan

1 Tbsp. sugar

Press into a large pan (13 x 9 ) Bake for 15 mins @ 375 F

2. Mix together :

12 oz. cream cheese

1 1/2 C. Icing sugar

1 small container whipped cream ( 250 ml )

Spread this onto the crust

3. Make 2 pkgs ( 3 OZ each ) instant chocolate pudding

with 3 cups of milk.

Spread that onto the cream cheese layer.

4. Top with 2 small containers of cool whip ( unthawed )

Sprinkle with crushed walnuts or chocolate shavings,or crushed skor bars. OR maybe a combo of all 3 !!

Voila you have sex in a pan!! Chill for a few hours to let the layers set up.

I used to make that for crawfish boils or gatherings with lots of people. Called it Mississippi Mud Pie. Few minor differences.

1st layer:
â¨1 stick butter, melted
â¨1 cup pecans, finely chopped
â¨1 cup flour

Mix together and press on the bottom of a 13x9-inch baking dish. Bake in preheated oven at 350 for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool.
2nd layer:
â¨8 ounce package cream cheese
â¨1 cup powdered sugar
â¨1 1/2 cups Cool Whip

Break up cream cheese with fork. Add powdered sugar and beat with electric mixer until smooth. Add Cool Whip & mix together. Spread on cooled crust.

3rd layer:
â¨1 package chocolate instant pudding
â¨1 package vanilla instant pudding
â¨3 cups milk

Mix until thickened. Spread over cream cheese layer.

4th layer:
â¨Spread 1 cup (or more) of Cool Whip over the pudding layer. Sprinkle with chopped pecans and grated Hershey bar. Refrigerate for at least a few hours before serving.

Funny, that's the first dish DH ever made for me. He just called it "Three Layer Pudding."

Maybe, he just didn't want to scare me away!
