Anyone Can Relate?

slickceeNovember 13, 2007

I am having the hardest time grieving over the loss of my child's father. It has been over a year now and it still deeply affects me where I am a totally changed person. I would love to talk to someone who can relate or who is going thorugh the same things as well.

I want to know how I can start feeling better about everything. How things "will" get better as time goes on. What about the guilt...Do i really still need to live the life I was going to while he was still living?

Help anyone

very appericated

Christine

Hi Christine
I'm very sorry for your loss.
I have lost both my parents and it has been several years since their passing and it does get better over time..but never really goes away...such a loss to lose someone you love deeply and then try to go on with life and pretend everything is normal. I wish you the best and hope that time eases some of your pain.
Sincerely
Kathy
