Need help with steps to laying vinyl plank flooring straight

ranger481vsJuly 28, 2010

I am getting ready to lay vinyl plank flooring down in three adjoining rooms and an adjoining hallway. My big concern on the install that I don't quite understand, is how do I make sure the floor is being laid down straight from one wall to the opposite wall? I just don't get the steps involved with this? If anyone can guide me through it, I would really appreciate it. Thanks!

Thank you. That link was useful and after additional searching, I managed to find a nice e-how link on snapping chalk lines for determining if walls are straight.
