Coax and Cat6 running together?

spafrica2003January 28, 2011

I am running some coax and Cat6 into a room. Can I run those together (i.e. touching each other the whole way) or does that cause interference between the two? I know it does with power lines, but I'm not sure if coax and/or Cat6 have strong enough fields to mess with each other.
