Contact lenses...can they give me 'perfect' vision???
Just got new contacts after trying on two different Rx to get it "just right" for my eyes. The monovision works best for me. I use those small reading glasses you can pick up at the store for reading when I'm wearing my contacts if the print is too small--sometimes, I can even read okay with my contacts in!
I'm wearing Toric lenses. (Sure wish they came in colors!!) When I was wearing glasses, the glasses had bifocals.
Well, the "tweaked" Rx is good, but not perfect...okay, not as perfect as when I wear glasses.
The eye doc said I would NOT have vision as good as when I wear glasses. Why not???
I don't want to see another eye doc cuz of the money factor involved in yet another exam (they all want to do their own, y'know!).
Thanks for any info!
