Sears Garage Remote and Keypad

I have a one piece double garage door with a Sears garage door opener. It came with 2 remotes and an inside open/close button. I then installed a keypad outside and the remotes ceased working. I have reprogramed both the keypad and the remotes but can only get one or the other to work not both.

Any idea's

You got the wrong keypad for your opener. Take the model number off the motor unit. It is on the opposite end of where all those white wires go. The keypad must be for that model opener or you will have that problem.
