Craftsman Keyless Entry #53876 & Garage Door Openers

maryjo_maryjoAugust 6, 2008

We purchased a new Craftsman Garage Door Keyless Entry Pad since our old one died. When trying to program the keyless pad the garage door openers were interuppted so we reprogrammed the openers and now the keyless pad won't work. How do you get all three to program together? We have the instruction manual and what they tell you to do does not work. It is the correct model, somehow we don't have the magic to get this to work. It is either the remote entry of the openers but not both.

If it were the correct model keypad you would not be having this problem. Take the model number off your motor unit and go to Sears. They can look it up for you. The model number of your opener will look something like this:
139.XXXXXSRTX
