Super Bowl, Just Wings

I had to bring a dish, so I made wings.

I don't like slopp dripping finger food wings in an active party. So I made crispy fried wings. The dark color was from the soy sauce marinate.

Dcarch, you get my vote for the best Busby production. The skin looks perfectly crispy. What's in the sauce?

Thanks everyone!

I discovered that by spreading the wings, the skin gets stretched out and dried out better for frying. The end result was really crackling crispy skin all over.
