As Trustee, I forgot to MEMO my checks with (from Trust Account)

Will I still get repaid for the bills that I paid for deceased without memo; saying that money will be deducted from Trust Account, once it is opened? (Also paid bills over the Internet, charged to my credit cards and borrowed money from relatives without memo).

Do you have the bill that you paid? That would be the debt owed.

Yes, you can be repaid from the trust account. Just document it with whatever paperwork you can - printed e-receipts, billing records, etc.
