Week 20 Health Check-in
My competition is over!!
The winner will be announced on Wednesday at a pool party but weigh-in was this morning. I lost 40 pounds and a total of 18 inches in 9 weeks!! I was kind of embarrassed because I got a little weepy but what can I say - it was hard fought!
So this week I'm going to take it easy. I'll still go to the gym everyday but just for a regular one hour workout (that should be a breeze!) and I'm tracking my food but I'll allow for a maintenance level.
We are going sailing over the weekend so it will be a nice active holiday and I'm not going to worry too much about eating. Then next week, I'll get back to business but just not so aggressive. Hopefully, I can keep my mojo!
