Getting Out of a Foreclosure

annettesSeptember 8, 2009

So, for those that are being effected by the economy through lay offs, bad fees with your home, etc... just want to let you know that you can get out of foreclosures and problems with your home.

If you are having difficulty, call your mortgage company and either work on a refinancing plan or a modification. It is not the best solution in the world, but it will get you some time and will stop the process of a foreclosure. There are a lot of programs to help now for your needs.

I'm also interested to see if anyone has been through this process and has avoided a foreclosure?
