chair/couch pads

musicteacherJuly 23, 2011

Can I make my own felt pad things to go under furniture? I want to protect my new wood floors but these little sticky pads, which I know don't stay on very well, cost a small fortune - to do all the furnitrue.

The link below shows what I use. You might consider them expensive, at about $1.75 a chair, but weigh that against a scratched floor. When I need just a few, I get from Rockler. I was doing a lot of work at a new home (among the most 5 expensive in the metro area) and I was buying them by a hundred or two from AllGlides
