Pearson camelback sofa and wing chair $210 worth it?

New to the forum....I was out at my local Goodwill today and came across a matching Pearson camel back sofa and wing chair. I flipped the cushions to see Pearson, hand made custom upholstery, etc. The upholstery is fraying a fair amount on the cushion and usual places on the sofa. Wing chair quite a bit less so. Faded, fairly clean (would need a professional cleaning) and for sale at $210 for both pieces. I know little about furniture but I do know "bones" are important. The sofa cushion is 70" and the wing back is quite high. Wood legs (3) in front (2?) in back, plain with little detail. The wing back almost looks like Queen Anne style legs. Not real sure. Anyway... save my money and move on? $200 seems like a decent deal for both pieces. The patten overall is a soft yellow with some blue green design things in it. Can't remember and did not take a picture. I could recover vs. reupholster. Thoughts?

I looked at a new Pearson sofa the other day and it was about $4500 plus tax, delivery etc.
