unsanded grout came out too light....leave it or stain it?

We just had beautiful 18 inch porcelain tile installed. However, I was unaware when we picked our grout color that it would dry so much lighter than the sample. (We got the grout from Lowes, in the color "Biscuit") The light color looks nice against the tile, but I am worried about it looking dirty quickly. Our installer is doing a final cleaning tomorrow with an acid based solution, so I will wait and see how that looks first. But honestly, the grout looks almost white, and I vowed never to have light grout again, since that's what our old grout was (though it was sanded and dirt stuck to it more). I really hated it.

Our installer said that since this grout is unsanded, dirt will not stick to it as much. If this is true, perhaps we can just put a clear sealer over it and be done. But I am skeptical about it remaining white. I have a household of 3 very messy kids and would rather just have the grout be darker to begin with to hide the dirt.
