Mail-order source for Quadrafire?

ccoombs1September 2, 2008

I am really annoyed with the local place that sells quadrafire 7100. abut 18 months ago, someone up there quoted me $3800 for a quadrafire 7100, plus installation. I didn't get it in writing though. Now that I'm ready for it, they tell me the installed price is $6800, and the unit alone is $4500. And he can't get me one until sept 2009, a year from now! Dang! I simply can't afford it!! I think he was trying to get me to buy a different wood burner and I really want that one. Are there places that will sell them on-line and ship them? I have access to a forklift so unloading it from the truck isn't an issue.
