Ceramic flooring - how long before it's usable?

I want to tile over a small kitchen (about 45 sq. ft) currently covered with vinyl tile and an entryway (about 50 sq. ft) currently covered with carpet. There's concrete beneath the carpet. Once the tile is cemented down, how long before it can be grouted? How long before I can move my refrigerator and stove back onto the tile? Basically, I'd like to know what the down time is for my kitchen.

For a pro or very experiened DIyer:

1 day to 1 day + for demo & moving appliances
1 day to 1 day + for floor prep
1 day for laying tile
1 day for grouting
2 days cure time before real weight

In contractor land, that's about a week and a half job for a single person crew. No working on weekends. In DIY land, that's about a week if you're experienced (you will work weekends) and own the right tools to 3 weeks plus if you've never done it and have to buy tools and learn how to use them.
