Anyone in the know have an opinion on which fireplace is better? I am building a new house and need to make a knowledgable decision soon. Thanks, Jim

Can't tell which is exactly better as I do not see lennox very often down here in houston. What I can say is I have dealt with heatilator quite a bit and feel confident in saying they make nice functional fireplaces at an affordable price. if you would like to learn a little about different types of fireplace ex. woodburning or direct vent ect. please take a look at my faq page. hope this helps.

Hey there, just ran across this post. I just purchased a majestic super hearth 36" for a new home build. But i am wondering about the quality of the box. we only want it for looks and a few evening fires (Florida girl). we don't need the heat, Ha! Please let me know if you know anything about this brand. Thanks
