Looking for an income & expenses excel spreadhseet for my rental

javaandjazzFebruary 4, 2009

I am looking for an excel spreadsheet program that will allow me to record my rental income and expenses for my 2 family home that I live in. I looked on the microsft site but could not find a thing and I think the Quicken software would be overkill for me. Does anyone have the excel spreadsheet? Thanks! PLease email me at javaandjazz@yahoo.com

Do you have any microsoft programs? Look for Productivity - Microsoft Works - spreadsheet. This product ususually comes with computers that use MS programs; whereas microsoft office with excel is a buy product.

I recommend not having to pay for something that you do not need all the bells and whistles.

Java,

Being a bit late to the thread, I would chime in that a great way to search for a file is to use the 'filetype:' command in a Google search.

I have included a link for a search for Excel files related to income and expenses with a 'filetype:xls'
