Evaluating & comparing nutritional supplements

brett445December 13, 2006

Reading through the messages in this forum I see that there are a number concerning supplements and whether one particular type is good or not.

The site www.nutritional-supplement-truths.com might be of interest to you.

There isn't another site out there with the same content.

It shows you how to evaluate and compare supplements through six criteria (Formula, Ingredient Quality, Bioavailability, Synergy, Manufacturing standards, Value for money).

So if you spend a decent amount of money on what you think are high quality supplements, the site can help you to determine just how good and effective your supplement really is.

Let me know via the site if it was of help to you.
