Has anyone tried the Hula-hoop to exercise? If so, did you see any difference? I just need to know what are the benefits and is it worth it.
I've had a hula hoop for a few years now. I don't use it very often, but I think it's fun. However I had originally bought it to get a shaplier waist, I used to use it daily for about 15 min. and I never saw my waist get any smaller. Maybe just a little firmer. Plus when I did it for a long time my back would start hurting. So I think it's ok to have fun, but not great for a workout. But who knows, maybe you will have better results.
