Hi Nancy - I got this recipe from your Pinterest page. What can I sub for the flaxseed? Any suggestions? Maybe wheat germ?

Pat, I really don't know. It seems like wheat germ should work or maybe grind up some oatmeal to replace. I have often skipped over an ingredient like that and just upped the main dry ingredient, in this case the flour.
Chia seeds would work. Wheat germ or wheat bran would work, too. Or some whole wheat flour.
Thanks to you both - I have wheat germ, or I may just up the flour.
