Suggestions for 1st time Marathon runner
I've decided to run the Marathon next year (December 2002) and would like any suggestions on how to train for it. This will be my first race and right now my goal is to finish the race. I do not plan on running the entire race nor would I like to come in last.
I've been looking at books at Borders.com regarding the marathon and seeing other people's votes on the books, which helps.
Any of your suggestions is HIGHLY appreciated. Wish me luck!
