How's everybody enjoying their gliders?
I am still loving mine. I am up to 30 minutes a day, and steadily toning up. I have been experimenting with different positions for the arms and legs. I have stopped using the resistance because I create my own. I find it's easiest to do this to music.
I have noticed that my arms are toning up nicely where they were very flabby before. The backs of my thighs are thinning down as well.
I have a few routines that I have been using to treat each area.
Does everyone else do the same?
