Curves For Women
I did a search and read the one posting on CFW. I just joined today and am looking forward to my first workout. Is anyone else a member? Those that posted earlier this year, are you still going? If so, would you share your results?
One question ~ I was told today that 3x a week is plenty and that I wouldn't have better results coming 4-5 times a week. I thought that was strange - - do you find that true? Any posts appreciated. Thanks *Ã*
