Greetings All! Our original thread hit 100, so I just started part 2! I hope this finds everyone faring well.
Kathy and Soccermom...hope you're hanging in there. I'm keeping up with my workouts, but I must really try to do better with the hi protein/lo carb thing. I went for a week without cheating, but on my 1 cheat day...I feel like I blew it. The good thing is, I'm doing my workouts daily (except Sunday)and feel good! Oh well, back to being strict about those unruly carbs :-)
