New to this whole 'Gym Thing'

Just joined a gym 3-4 weeks ago.

Doing 30 min treadmill then either upper or lower resistance trainig.

I get out, usually in about one hour.

Scale at Gym must me broken and stuck at 158# LOL.

But noticing that tummy roll is looking better.

This is a good thing!!!

So far, my fears of dreading this have dissolved. AM

That's great. Remember, muscle weighs more than fat, so in the beginning especially, it sometimes is more motivating to look at how clothes fit, etc., instead of the scale.
