WW Program - Mon. 10/24 - Sun. 10/30
I hope the SS Support group doesn't mind me copying them with the weekly thread! It's a great idea and a good way to all stay in touch and support each other.
I have lost 2 lbs. so far, but haven't been on the program for a week yet. I'm feeling great and already feel like I have more energy! That's probably more in my mind than physically, and more due to my exercise than diet. but it helps to keep me on track with my eating.
I hope you all have a great week and check in here to let us know how you are doing and any tips or ideas you might have for food choices, etc.
