I am sick of being BIG!
I need help. I am 23, i weigh 190, and i am about 5'9''. I can run 2+ miles, i can walk 5 in about an hour, I work out 4-5 times a week (at least an hour each time). I don't eat fast food, i work out with weights (and can rival some guys), and i am still big. I do eat candy or a slice of pizza here and there, but not obsessively. I have been around this weight for a few years. Before college (6 years ago), i was about 155 Then, i gained 35 pounds that have stuck with me. I have tried every diet there is. (ww, slim fast, etc) I am currently taking zenadrine pills, but they just make me go to the bathroom more. If i stop taking them, i gain that 4 pounds back. Does ANYONE have advice for me?? I am really discouraged and it hurts to have the people i work with ask me "how does someone who works out so much stay so big?" Thanks alot for all of your suggestions!!
