Can I cheat on South Beach?
OK, I'm 4 days into the induction phase and feeling pretty good. Next week, I have 2 can't miss engagements that will involve eating, one for dinner. I know that I can't maintain the strict regimen, tho I'll try for lean protein and veggies. What should I do? Someone said 2 extra induction days for each day off the plan, someone else said I had to start over. Advice? I really want this to work. Thanks
