Nutrition rating makes no sense
I'm sitting at work eating baby carrots. The nutrition rating on the bag shows the Vitamin A to be 270%. What the heck does that mean? How can you have a percentage larger than 100? Am I eating mega enhanced genetically engineered super carrots? Am I going to start seeing boats from other countries like MaryAnn on Gilligans Island? Any nutritonists on this forum who can explain this one to me?
