Well, last week was another successful week for us, if you count not gaining weight, or maybe losing a little, as success. I think it is.

Helen - Weight 155.2, lost 0, total lost 44.8
Ivamae - Weight 175, lost 1, total lost 17
My results for this week:
Weight 199, lost 2, total lost 76
Average Calories - Food 1983, Exercise 392
I made it to my original goal, which was 200 lb. Not bad, but still have some belly fat that's got to go. On to 180.
