Daily support and encouragement
I am starting all over tomorrow with a new regiment of counting fats and carbs since I lost weight doing this. I go to the gym Mon/though/Fri. Just had surgery and got all off track however. Getting back to it now. Is there someone here or is there a site where one can report for encouragement or an incentative for them? It is so easy to overdo here and there and eat the junkos, I wondered if this would help start a new routine.
