anyone using a Medicine Ball?
A friend of mine is teaching me how to use a medicine ball -he has different weight balls and different exercises. Can anyone tell me what to expect fitness-wise? I'm already pretty athletic. What has been your experience? This person is very knowledgeable about sports fitness (he's been a football and soccer coach for a couple decades), but its always good to get 2nd, 3rd & 4th opinions. Are there any out there?
